1. Booking & Payment

All bookings at Greenfinch Lodge are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment details, including deposits (if applicable), will be outlined at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the agreed cancellation policy.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 pm

Check-out: By 10:00 am

Late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

4. Use of the Annexe

The annexe is provided for short-term accommodation only and must be used solely by the guests named on the booking.
It may not be used for parties, events, or commercial purposes.

Guests agree to:

Treat the property and its contents with care

Respect neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level

Follow all house rules provided during their stay

5. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the annexe or its contents during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Greenfinch Lodge accepts no liability for:

Loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings

Injury or accidents occurring on the property, unless caused by negligence

Guests are advised to ensure they have appropriate personal insurance where required.

6. Safety

Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided, including the safe use of appliances, heating, and the electric fire.
Fire safety equipment is provided and must not be tampered with.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for the purpose of managing your stay and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
We comply with UK GDPR requirements.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

Greenfinch Lodge reserves the right to refuse a booking or terminate a stay without refund in cases of serious breach of house rules, unsafe behaviour, or misuse of the property.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
